Overview

FifthColor is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our innovative and fast-paced team. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about unique branding and cutting-edge design but also skilled in photo editing, video editing, and motion graphics.

As a Senior Creative Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our diverse clients across industries such as sports, food & beverage, manufacturing, and more. You’ll be responsible for guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality of creative output across all mediums—print, digital, and video.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Creative on art/concept planning
• Create, edit, and enhance photos and videos to meet project needs
• Design and animate compelling motion graphics for digital platforms
• Develop innovative design concepts, including branding, web, and print
• Be aware of and help to control the costs of production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketing strategists, to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new design techniques and technologies into your work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, photo/video editing, and motion graphics
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including branding, motion graphics, and multimedia projects
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to deliver visually stunning and engaging content
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage workload
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
