Job Description
- Provide creative and design support for a high-visibility project targeted at end-investors.
- Ensure designs align with global brand standards.
- Ability to understand and interpret a wide variety of client brand standards and guidelines and ultimately incorporate their visual elements into the design process.
- Adhere to strict legal and compliance guidelines.
- Exhibit outstanding client service skills with an ability to manage tight timelines without compromising on quality.
- High attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Project management of design deliverables, including managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and timely progress.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in creative and design roles.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot priorities on demand based on sales and client changing needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free design work that adheres to brand, legal, and compliance standards.
- Bonus: Familiarity or experience with financial services industry and end consumers (e.g. banking, wealth management, retirement).
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of projects.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and client feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
