Job Description

1. Provide creative and design support for a high-visibility project targeted at end-investors.
2. Ensure designs align with global brand standards.
3. Ability to understand and interpret a wide variety of client brand standards and guidelines and ultimately incorporate their visual elements into the design process.
4. Adhere to strict legal and compliance guidelines.
5. Exhibit outstanding client service skills with an ability to manage tight timelines without compromising on quality.
6. High attention to detail in all deliverables.
7. Project management of design deliverables, including managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and timely progress.

The Successful Applicant

1. Proven experience in creative and design roles.
2. Proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint).
3. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and ability to work within brand guidelines.
4. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot priorities on demand based on sales and client changing needs.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free design work that adheres to brand, legal, and compliance standards.
7. Bonus: Familiarity or experience with financial services industry and end consumers (e.g. banking, wealth management, retirement).
8. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of projects.
9. Adaptability to evolving project requirements and client feedback.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
11. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
