Boundless Life Sciences Group, LLC., NJ, United States

Boundless Life Sciences Groupis afull-serviceadvertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. We are looking for a full-timeSenior Editor, with pharmaceutical advertising experience.

The editorial department at Boundless reaches beyond finding typos and invoking style guides (though, we definitely do that, too) to help the agency create marketing materials that best communicate our clients’ distinct visions. Boundless editors are an essential component of every brand team, thinking broadly about audiences, messaging, design, and client goals alongside the painstaking work that is editing both digital and print projects for life science brands. The Senior Editor works closely with the entire brand team to ensure our creative content is accurate, clear, and consistent.

The Senior Editor reports to the Associate Editorial Director and is the primary editor for their assigned brand, handling editorial duties for all projects on that account, helping set and maintain brand style, and keeping the team aligned with our editorial processes. They collaborate with Project Management, Account Services, and Creative in the creation of timelines, workflows, and job scopes for the brand—recognizing potential inefficiencies and bottlenecks before they happen, advising their team on how best to keep work flowing and timelines manageable, and ensuring editorial processes are followed. The Senior Editor is also responsible for overseeing freelancers’ work on their specific brand and managing the freelancers’ assigned tasks.

As part of the Editorial team, the Senior Editor will also provide backup on other brands as needed, specifically performing double reads and handling other job routes when time allows.

Alongside project managers, Boundless editors are the stewards of overall agency process, continually working to refine and evolve it to improve efficiency and quality. The Senior Editor should proactively point out areas of improvement in our editorial processes and workflows in general.
