Job Title: Technical Editor / Writer
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Type: Contract to Hire
Length: Six months plus

Job Description: Client located in Colorado Springs, Colorado is seeking a Technical Editor / Writer for a contract to hire position. Responsibilities include writing and editing a wide range of technical documents, such as procedural manuals, service manuals, operational specification documents, and other technical publications.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

1. Technical writing.
2. Creation of on-line interactive documents.
3. IADS4 Editor.
4. Bachelor's degree.

Desired Skills:

1. Experience interviewing others to gather information and develop content.
2. ASD-STE100 and S1000D IETM specification.
3. Master's degree.
