What You’ll Do

Content Contribution:

  • Lead by example in delivering best-in-class journalism.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of journalists, facilitating career development through regular performance reviews, training, and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance editorial environment.

Editorial Leadership:

  • Serve as a senior leader within the editorial team, providing mentorship and advice to junior members.
  • Deputize for the Managing Editor as needed, ensuring smooth editorial operations.

  • Exceptional editing and writing skills with strong attention to detail and an innate news sense.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a trusted network of off-the-record sources.
  • Financial and numerical literacy, with a passion for finance and economic trends.
  • Experience working in high-growth, scaling environments.
