POSITION SUMMARY

Our Property Administrative Specialists play an important role in a number of vital hotel functions. They work across departments (e.g., Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage) to support administrative needs. Responsibilities include providing administrative support (e.g., preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software), serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors, and acting as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event). They are critical to ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.

Critical to success in this position are the following responsibilities:

  1. Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
  2. Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communications.
  3. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
  4. Support team to reach common goals and listen to the concerns of other employees.
  5. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  6. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  7. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
  8. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  9. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
