Job Purpose
Fashion Directors are pivotal in crafting an unparalleled shopping experience that melds exceptional guest service with in-depth product knowledge and a vibrant personality. At Euphoria Lingerie, they play a crucial role beyond just leading our staff. They are trend navigators and local market experts, working closely with the Purchasing team to curate a product line-up that not only meets but anticipates the needs of our guests.
Qualifications
- Retail Leadership Experience: A background in retail management, particularly in clothing, intimate apparel, or a related field, demonstrating a capacity to lead with vision and integrity.
- Product and Trend Insight: A deep understanding of fashion and lingerie trends, coupled with an intuitive grasp of customer preferences.
