Responsibilities:

• Continuously update foundational assets including graphics standard guidelines, design toolkits, brand playbook, icon libraries, corporate presentation decks, etc.
• Develop innovative designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Maintain the YES company website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually compelling experience.
• Participate in weekly creative concepting for all active marketing campaigns.
• Own relationships with our print vendors.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Adobe Full Suite.
• Thorough working knowledge of CSS Style Sheets and general web design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• A creative mindset.
• Videography experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Business (Marketing), or a related field preferred.
• 2-3+ Years of experience in a similar role.

Salary Range: $66,000/year + 10% bonus
