Alpinestars USA Inc is hiring: Graphic Designer in Torrance

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting artistic, inventive, and compelling design and conceptual solutions for a variety of mediums. Your function will be in a shared services creative team that produces and delivers many visual communication assets across the entire brand. Our Team strives for consistent on-time delivery of campaigns and assets that elevate and push the brand forward.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to take direction and then use creativity and imagination to develop original creative artwork
• Create original concepts/layout comps based on direction from the Art Director, Creative Communications Manager, or other Senior Creatives
• Produce campaign versioning across all social, web, digital, retail, and print initiatives
• Produce Design, Typography, and Layouts for Catalogs
• Retouch and Output print and digital photography
• Print, Collate, and bind books as needed for events
• Layout PowerPoint presentations for events
• Preflight packaging of assets and files for delivery to other departments in the company
• Make corrections and revisions to artwork as needed and directed by Senior Staff
• Think strategically to further creative concepts and communication strategies across the reach of the brand
• Communicate effectively with all staff, vendors, and partners engendering trust and respect

Qualifications

• Exceptional aesthetic across graphic and art direction in communication collateral
• Experience in advertising, marketing, corporate identity, brand management, sales promotion, and new media communication
• Ability to work across numerous projects with competing deadlines effectively
• Knowledge and sensitivity to creative trends influencing design in general, and in fashion/athletics/performance arenas
• You have at least 1-3+ years of relevant (preferably brand, agency, or design firm) experience
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A digital portfolio or samples of work listed on resume demonstrating mastery in art direction, visual design, or similar
• Ability to communicate effectively about the design work with colleagues and senior staff
• Experience in motorsports industry a plus

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 a year (BOE)
