Graphic Designer

Production Artist / Pre-press

Printing company seeking an on-site full-time production artist to manage design. The right candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player who is open to learning and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

1. Setting up / sending files to print
2. Creating proofs for customers
3. Designing artwork as needed
4. Adjusting and creating die lines

Qualifications

1. Must be proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Comfortable communicating with clients
4. Ability to multi-task and meet short deadlines
5. Ability to reliably commute to our Maspeth Office
6. Computer graphics: 5 years (Required)

Benefits

1. Salary based on experience
2. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
3. Expected hours: 40 per week
4. Paid time off
5. Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
