Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Digital Designer
  • Previous experience Designing for e-commerce, CPG, or financial services
  • Mobile first design approach
  • Experience creating website, apps, email, and other digital visualizations
  • Must be able to apply best practice working methodologies and processes
  • High creativity with innovative design thinking
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI design, user flows, and usability testing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey creative concepts to stakeholders
  • Team player, strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and capabilities

Responsibilities

  • You understand how customers think and create and apply design patterns that motivate them to complete tasks
  • As the Digital Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling visual elements that enhance our digital presence
  • Your role will involve collaborating Marketing, UX, Product, and other cross-functional teams to translate ideas and briefs into visually impactful creative assets that align with our brand's mission and engages our target audiences
  • Create visually stunning designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging
  • Contribute to the development of creative strategies that elevate brand awareness and resonate with target audiences
  • Collaborate with Marketing and creative teams to understand stakeholder requirements and campaign objectives in order to translate concepts and product benefits into compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences
  • Create comps, storyboards, graphic concepts, and final deliverables as required
  • Edit existing creative to fit current direction
  • Contribute to the design of product packaging, ensuring that it effectively communicates brand identity, product features, and aligns with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring that designs align with established brand guidelines
  • Stay current with industry trends, wellness movements, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continually elevate the quality and relevance of our digital designs
  • Create engaging, metric-driven, and iterative campaign assets and variants for email marketing, paid advertising channels, and e-commerce platforms
