We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead design projects from concept to execution and bring fresh ideas that align with our brand vision and business goals. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver visually stunning and effective designs across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts for a variety of marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, including print digital assets and create, edit, and produce quality video content & reels.
• Visual Design: Create visually appealing designs for websites, landing pages, social media graphics, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance the brand identity through consistent design elements and messaging.
• Video Editing: Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other Social media channels.
• Illustration: Create original illustrations and icons to enhance designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in graphic design.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics and video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles and a diverse range of projects.
