Overview:

We seek a self-motivated, talented, and skilled graphic designer to join our creative marketing team, help us execute quality visuals, and assist in conceptualizing new design solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Design Execution: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets (e.g., logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics).
2. Photo Retouching: Clean up/remove blemishes on raw photographs. Prepare them to be web-ready and presentable.
3. Create production-ready Tech Packs for garments in development.
4. Stay Up to Date on design trends and industry best practices.
5. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements across all marketing channels.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
7. Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

1. Must be based in Los Angeles.
2. Proficiency in design software is a must. Specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and photo manipulation or retouching.
4. Excellent understanding of the design software, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Curious.
2. Interest in streetwear or fashion is a plus.
3. Experience in branding and identity development.
4. Knowledge of web design and development principles.
5. Experience with animation or motion graphics.
