Compensation Range: $40 - 48 per hour

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our client's creative team and help set new industry standards. In this role, you will focus on brand identity and guidelines, creating everything from layouts and illustrations to packaging and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sense with an elevated aesthetic, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, modern, and engaging. You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and marketing team to deliver thoughtful concepts and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be proficient in creating brand guidelines, layouts, illustrations, iconography, sales collateral, web banners, packaging, and partnership promotional materials.
• Assure deliverables are on-brand, engaging, relevant, thoughtful, and modern.
• Creates and develops clear and concise presentations of their work and for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and deliver thoughtful concepts to and with the Brand Manager.
• The candidate will be highly competent at partnering with members of the wider marketing team to ensure deliverables are met on time and on-brand.
• Be up-to-date with the latest design trends.

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of packaging design and the print production process.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience in branding.
• Must have a portfolio with a variety of print and digital work showcased.
• Is required to be in office a minimum of 2 days a week for the first month and will reevaluate after that.
• Possesses concept and design skills with an elevated aesthetic.
