Senior Graphic Designer Job at Advanced Resources in San Bruno

Our big brand retail client is growing! Join a well-known retailer and make an immediate impact with your design and conceptual skillset!

What you'll do each day:

1. Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to create and produce compelling digital solutions that align with business objectives outlined in project briefs.
2. Execute multiple creative concepts and design solutions under the guidance of Art Directors to translate business needs into innovative solutions.
3. Explore trends and competitive landscape, incorporating appropriate use of color, type, tone, and style into digital design practices.
4. Assist Art Directors in developing and communicating brand/visual style guidelines and standards.
5. Familiarity with designing for web, mobile web, and app, keeping the user journey in mind.

What you'll need to qualify:

• 4-6 years of digital design experience.
• Retail or eCommerce background.
• Experience designing for web, branding, app, and understanding of UX principles.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Hybrid role in the NYC area. Pay rate range of $42-48/hourly on W2, plus eligibility for health, vision, dental, and 401k.

WHAT'S REQUIRED TO APPLY:

• 4-6+ years of creative design experience.
• Expert knowledge of design, typography, photography, layout principles, and production process.
• Fluent understanding of current digital trends and social landscape.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are must; knowledge of Figma or other software is a plus.
• Capable of working on multiple projects concurrently in a very fast-paced environment, ensuring that quality deliverables are achieved on time.
