Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a Motion Graphic Design background, strong conceptual skills, experience producing client-driven work, and a passion for delivering high-quality innovative designs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of in-house or agency graphic design experience.
  • Motion graphic animation and design skills used to create short videos, animations, and motion graphics.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and format requirements/constraints.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects from concept to completion, while adhering to project timelines.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • This role will be responsible for developing and executing creative across a variety of media.
  • Manage and complete multiple projects within the scope of project deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing team members to execute designs including social graphics, digital banners, exhibition videos, and other motion graphics needs.
  • Ability to interpret and willingness to follow brand standards and style guides.

Benefits

  • The estimated starting rate is $50 - $80 per hour.
  • The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.
  • Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.
