Graphic Designer - Energetic Workplace

Responsibilities

• Design a wide range of products, packaging, and sales collateral from conception through final production files under the guidance of the art directors and project managers
• Provide image retouching and clipping paths; create templates and CADs; make supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
• Help acquire artwork for a wide range of products
• Create sales presentations and sell sheets
• Create product cads by designing trend-forward product that meets the needs of our customers and company aesthetic
• Work closely with the art director to create overall collections
• Review and approve production files before they are uploaded
• Review and approve factory PDFs, digital proofs, pre-production samples, and advances
• Follow design department procedures, protocols, standards, and SOPs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio of graphic design
• Expertise with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Benefits

• Pay: The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 per annum
• Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location
