Senior Graphic Designer: Job Brief

To be a senior graphic designer on our team means you can go toe-to-toe with the best of the best regionally in all things creative concepting and design. You are tightly-buttoned on your composition know-how, you push forward thinking and fresh concepts, and you eat, drink, and sleep the Adobe suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Generate fresh concepts
• Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Apply typography techniques
• Website design look and feel
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Extensive experience with Adobe Suite (minimum of PS, AI, ID, LrC)
• Experience in Adobe Premiere/After Effects (preferred, but not required)
• Strong aesthetic/composition skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and collaborate with a team
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
