Summary

This position requires a creative individual who is a conceptual thinker with the ability to produce high-quality work and meet tight deadlines. Primary responsibilities are focused on working with the marketing team to support various social media community management, online content, and graphic design requests for the BCI family of brands. This role will execute design deliverables to support marketing campaigns and initiatives, as well as internal projects (HR, production, training, IT). This role will maintain creative excellence while seeking ways to innovate and improve efficiency.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Moderate user-generated content and social media comments in line with the moderation policy.
  • Work with dealers and vendors on online review management for the BCI family of brands.
  • Produce compelling marketing and sales materials including print and digital ads, trade shows and events, instructional documents, product catalogs, forms and manuals, and presentations.
  • Work with internal clients including marketing, sales, HR/recruiting, and client creative to produce compelling marketing and sales collateral.
  • Strong skills in digital, print, and presentation design.
  • Review proofs and final layouts to ensure professional and high-quality execution.
  • Assist with photo shoot and video production as needed.
  • Successfully communicate design ideas with a strong POV, both verbally and visually.
  • Bring a fresh perspective and ideas, while thinking strategically and using research to elevate the BCI brands.
  • Create and adhere to brand standards for multiple brands under the same corporate umbrella.
  • Work with third-party vendors in a variety of needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to launch projects and new products.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/art with applicable work or internship experience and a design portfolio.
  • Proficiency in software programs including Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office on Mac OS.
  • Photo manipulation and photography skills.
  • Refined typography and design skills.
  • Branding experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Branding creative development and brand voice experience is a plus.
  • Website and HTML email design is a plus.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Lead generation industry and social creative experience is a plus.
