Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and/or production design, an eye for detail, and a solid understanding of design systems.
- We value those with enthusiastic attention-to-detail, consistent and reliable delivery, a readiness to jump into new challenges, are quick to learn and adapt, and will proactively communicate and problem-solve.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual, Web, Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a focus on digital design, preferably in the retail/loyalty industry or related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- A strong critical-thinker that is solutions-focused.
- Able to foresee and assess possible issues and quickly problem-solve—does not let complications slow them down.
- Excellent understanding of best practices and usability principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and effectively communicate design concepts and rationale.
- Experience in creating and maintaining branding guidelines and design systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Any additional experience with light video/animation, UI/UX design, or copywriting is a big plus.
- Ability to perform work onsite in the San Francisco corporate office.
Responsibilities
- This role will work closely with the cross-brand creative manager and creative director across all campaign phases—from initial concepting through to launch.
- Collaborate with the digital creative team to execute polished designs from concept to launch.
- You are confident translating direction from the earliest ideation phases all the way through final delivery across multiple mediums.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand presence across all loyalty projects.
- Create digital assets including banners, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Produce designs that effectively communicate complex concepts and information in an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, site, and development, to ensure designs align with project goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
- Assist in managing and organizing design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and maintained for future use.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain and elevate design standards.
- Ensure designs are delivered on time and meet established deadlines.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality and efficiency.

- The expected starting pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
- In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
