M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment is seeking a Vice President; Influencer Marketing for Mat Leave Cover from 3 Feb to 27 June 2025.

This role will sit within M&C Saatchi FABRIC, an agency subsidiary dedicated to sparking cultural impact for brands through creators. It specializes in deploying community-forward, creator-powered, and scalable campaigns with broader offerings in strategic innovations, social media strategy, and bespoke measurement. M&C Saatchi FABRIC works fully-integrated into M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment North America.

The role of the Vice President is to develop the entire agency, ensuring that the day-to-day running of the business is as effective as possible, that we deliver strategic and creator work we are proud of, and that we continue to grow, both in terms of profitability and agency reputation.

Working as part of the senior management team, you will have a pivotal role in leading the team and driving it forward. You will be responsible for nurturing our client portfolio and developing the way in which we operate to achieve our company's broader vision.

In addition to the care of direct reports, you are responsible for the overall agency culture, epitomizing our philosophy, growing and shaping client business through creativity and strategic innovation.

What You Will Do:

Be an Industry Specialist

  • Deliver innovative, strategic campaigns, ensuring that ideas leverage a high level of creativity to drive conversation and attention for your clients.
  • Remain abreast of market trends and provide feedback and suggestions as to how the business can use these to its competitive advantage, staying one step ahead of clients in terms of changes and developments in the industry.
  • Continue to cultivate and maintain solid relationships with a variety of agents, managers, creators, and industry figureheads, leveraging these relationships to support clients and gain insights.

Drive Commercial Growth

  • Cultivate a broad network in order to become aware of any potential new business briefs, ensuring that we are considered for any relevant opportunities.
  • Drive organic growth - actively volunteering ideas/solutions as add-on services to increase fee income.
  • Oversee financials and staffing for your accounts, ensuring they are appropriately serviced and participating in any recruitment conversations as necessary.
  • Participate in selling new projects/ideas/solutions to increase fees and ensuring that all additional projects are profitable and well managed.
  • Create best-in-class new business responses, including strategic and creative development.

Build and Maintain Client Relations

  • Constantly strive to develop and execute creative thinking and smart strategy that will deliver fame for our clients and the agency, constantly exceeding expectations.
  • Remain committed to retaining clients through developing strong relationships with all client contacts, proactively developing the relationship and being seen as a trusted business partner and respected advisor/consultant.
  • Provide strategic counsel to executive-level clients based on your understanding of their business, its challenges, competitors, and marketplace.
  • Review and oversee annual, seasonal, and campaign planning for your clients, ensuring the relevant individuals from across the business are leveraged effectively.
  • Maintain the most senior client relationships.

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, client service, communications, or a related field in an agency environment.
  • Sophisticated and articulate understanding of all aspects of influencer marketing from casting talent to measuring impact; have a strong agent and talent network; and real expertise in current global influencer trends and multi-channel networks.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns for clients in a variety of industries.
  • Impeccable working knowledge of social platforms, predominantly TikTok and Instagram, with a clear plus on emerging platforms; experience with Asia market social media platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiator with experience working through complex contracts with legal to reach a resolution.
  • Ability to think fast, problem solve, present solutions, and react positively to unexpected issues.
  • Approachable, collaborative, results-oriented, problem-solver who can both provide and take direction well.
  • Experience working in an IAT setting alongside brand creative, production partners, digital agencies, and social teams – and managing a variety of stakeholders/objectives.

What You Will Get:

This role’s compensation is commensurate with years of experience; the range is $8,800-12,000K per month from February 3, 2025, to June 27, 2025. Friday hours end at 3 PM ET (all year round) and drop down to 1 PM Summer Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Office Location: 466 Broome Street in Soho, NYC.
