We are looking for a dynamic Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing in Los Angeles to join our team of versatile storytellers and marketers who are professionally dedicated to their passions for food, wine, and travel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Offer client-facing strategy development and execution
  2. Lead client accounts and projects with little to no supervision
  3. Attend and lead client meetings (travel required), and actively participate in new business proposal development and presentations
  4. Develop and implement strategic direction for client accounts
  5. Execute and lead strategy, with focus on specialized areas such as copywriting, community management, pulling analytics, creating content calendars and coordinating with influencers
  6. Conduct research, reporting, photoshoots, influencer list building and outreach, and lead drafting presentations/decks
  7. Copywriting such as community management, reports, recaps, influencer deliverables, paid social ads and decks
  8. Advocate for the client, and proactively share results with client in a timely manner; engage with influencers and lead influencer campaigns
  9. Lead search and the development of strategic partnerships and creative campaigns
  10. Comfortable working independently and as part of a multi-functional team
  11. Assist in managing the workflow of the team
  12. Ensure client goals and deadlines are met
  13. Assess work performance of junior employees by mentoring and developing direct reports, empowering independent thinking and autonomy while learning in a supportive environment

Requirements:

  1. 4-5+ years of experience with demonstrated success in a social media marketing setting; agency and hospitality experience is a plus
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  3. Ability to work autonomously and with a team
  4. Experience managing multi-layered projects and meeting deadlines
  5. Manage time efficiently and effectively
  6. Possess creative and strategic outlook with an ability to execute
  7. Knowledgeable in social media and branded content
  8. Experience engaging with senior executives on strategy
  9. Proficient in Google Business applications, Microsoft Office Suite and other platforms such as Adobe, Canva and social scheduling sites in order to produce report results and create tools and templates for client work
  10. Strong creative skills with proficiency in capturing professional content for social media via mobile device or camera and has video and photo editing skills
  11. Adaptable, solution-oriented, and resourceful when tackling challenges and obstacles
  12. An overall passion for the hospitality lifestyle industries - restaurants, travel/destinations/hotels, wine & spirits. Must be able to communicate in a clear and professional manner

Salary Range for this position: $78,000 - $82,000 + BONUS
