Position: Associate Director of Liturgy and Music

Location: Williamsburg, VA

Saint Bede Catholic Church, Williamsburg, Virginia is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Liturgy and Music. The applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Music or equivalent education or experience; must be a practicing Catholic and possess strong knowledge of Catholic music and liturgy. Skill requirements include extensive proficiency on pipe organ in addition to piano and choral conducting. Saint Bede has a 54 rank Buzard pipe organ and a Steinway Model D piano.

Responsibilities:

1. Direction and accompanying of all Spanish liturgies.
2. Direction of two hand bell choirs.
3. Sharing accompanying duties for all parish celebrations.

Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
