LanceSoft is hiring: DRC- Programmer 3/ PR 3 (replacement) in Columbus

A well-rounded developer that is responsible for planning, processing, and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with little or no supervision to complete all tasks.

Position: Programmer 3

Work Environment: 100% Remote. No equipment provided - Visual Desktop Image used.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning, processing, and performing all jobs efficiently with minimal supervision.
2. Development skills including solutions design, project technical planning, analysis and design, communication, testing, and implementation.
3. Recommend software reusability guidelines.
4. Plan and conduct formal mentorship activities for peers and/or lower-level staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation.
5. Create technical documentation with application functionality and test methods, including various flow diagrams (Business/Functional).

Key Skills:

1. Development Skills: Azure Pipelines, REACT, REDUX, REDIS, Axios, Node.js, Microsoft C#, .NET Framework 1.1 to current version, CORE 6, CORE 8, ASP.NET languages, WIN-Forms development, MS SQL Developer, and Enterprise Data Modeling.
2. Development Tools: GIT, GITHUB, AZURE, C#, .NET 1.1 to current, ASP, JavaScript, Knockout, JSON, API, Node.js.
3. Database: Microsoft SQL Server.
4. Diagramming Tools: MS Visio or any flow diagram tools (optional).

Version Control: ODRC uses GIT for version control for source code and documents. GITHUB is used for newer projects.

Testing: Perform System Test and create test documentation.

Additional Skills: Familiar with manual QA testing processes, willing to use new tools and provide positive suggestions.

The project tasks will be directed by the Application Manager/Supervisor. Expect to perform lower-level tasks such as developing simple reports in HTML, unit testing, and technical document creation. This position is not limited to one project area but can be worked across multiple projects as needed.
