What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee $1.5 - $2M in account revenue as the senior strategic client counsel
- Develop coherent strategies for clients and manage high-level relationships with top executives
- Generate business revenue by expanding existing client services and attracting new clients
- Lead integrated teams to deliver seamless multi-channel solutions using traditional and digital media
- Mentor and develop staff while managing performance and conducting annual reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and position subject matter effectively in the media
- Extensive writing and editing experience across various print and online communications media
- Experience in managing comprehensive strategic communications and marketing programs
