We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SEO Head to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices, advanced analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving organic growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can both develop and execute SEO strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams and marketing efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices.

On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures for improved search engine rankings.

- Manage off-page SEO efforts including backlink acquisition and influencer outreach.

Technical SEO:

- Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and rectify issues impacting search engine crawling and indexing.

- Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new code developments and technical updates.

- Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that meets user intent and drives organic traffic.

- Monitor and analyze content performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

- Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights for stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists and content creators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their SEO knowledge and skills.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align SEO strategies with broader business goals.

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to integrate SEO into overall marketing initiatives.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.

- Previous experience in a leadership role within an SEO team.

Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

Analytical Skills:

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership Skills:

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve SEO goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the e-commerce or technology sector.

- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant SEO certifications.

- Knowledge of international SEO and multilingual/multiregional SEO strategies.
