About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior SEO Marketer with a passion for optimizing exceptional site experiences, crafting powerful content strategies, and driving measurable results for world-class brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands that today’s user experience starts at the search results page, and that search marketing is central to a customer-centric digital strategy. As a Senior SEO Marketer, you will develop and execute holistic SEO strategies to maximize organic search performance, incorporating the latest AI-driven techniques and tools to stay ahead of industry trends. You will collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless, impactful, and measurable online presence for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead SEO Strategy Development: Own the creation, execution, and optimization of comprehensive SEO strategies that improve organic traffic, visibility, and conversions for clients' websites. Analyze business goals and audit the existing digital landscape to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  2. AI Search Experience Integration: Leverage AI-powered search tools and strategies to optimize search performance.
  3. Core Web Vitals and Technical SEO: Oversee technical SEO enhancements, including Core Web Vitals optimization, mobile-first indexing, schema markup implementation, and page speed improvements.
  4. Drive Content Strategy: Work with editorial teams to develop engaging content that is both SEO-optimized and aligned with broader business goals.
  5. Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Analyze competitors' SEO strategies to uncover gaps and opportunities.
  6. Performance Reporting & Optimization: Deliver regular, detailed reports and analysis to clients, highlighting key SEO metrics.
  7. Client Communication & Budget Management: Oversee client communications, managing expectations around project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  8. Local SEO Strategies: Optimize websites for local search visibility.
  9. SEO for Emerging Platforms: Develop and execute strategies to optimize content for marketplaces, video platforms, and app store optimization.
  10. eCommerce SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies specifically designed for eCommerce websites.
  11. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content and website architecture.
  12. Stay Ahead of Trends: Remain up-to-date on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices.
  13. Manage Team Development: Mentor and provide guidance to junior SEO team members.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of driving results in organic search.
  2. In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  3. Strong content strategy background, ideally with experience in editorial content.
  4. Expertise in SEO tools like BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  5. Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
  6. Highly proficient in Excel.
  7. Solid experience in providing data-driven SEO recommendations and optimizations.
  8. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  9. Experience in managing paid search campaigns (PPC/SEM) is a plus.
  10. Knowledge or experience with YouTube search optimization is a bonus.
  11. A data-driven, systematic approach to SEO problem-solving.
