Reception Supervisor - Central London

  • Locations across Fitzrovia, Notting Hill, Chelsea & Soho
  • £30,000 - £35,000 OTE

StretchLAB is a chain of boutique studios that specializes in 1-on-1 Assisted Stretching. Our 4 studios are situated in the heart of London: Oxford Circus, Notting Hill, Chelsea, and Soho, with more to come.

About the role:

The Reception Supervisor role is both the first point of contact for our clientele and for our Reception team. You are responsible for managing the reception team and ensuring that they and you maintain a high level of customer service, enhancing the customer experience, monitoring studio standards, and supporting studio management and the wider team. You and the team will deal with any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, with yourself as the first point of contact/escalation for the team.

Sales will be a major part of your role, and your salary will be commensurate with targets, so you will need to be confident in upselling packages and memberships to our clients, managing the Stretchologist team to maximize your selling prowess.

Part of your role will also be monitoring your reception team to ensure they are hitting targets and helping them improve their sales ability. You will also be part of the hiring and training process for new receptionists for our studios.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure the best possible experience for each client, greeting & rebooking clients wherever possible.
  • Deal with customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, aiming to conclude within 24 hours.
  • Be aware of the day's appointments, organizing Stretchologists and clients alike, ensuring all sessions are paid, and the timetable is as efficient as possible.
  • Promote our various services, packages, and memberships, ensuring that the team is doing the same and hitting personal and studio targets.
  • Be in charge of the studio with respect to standards and cleanliness.
  • Support the reception team to deliver StretchLAB-worthy customer service and environment.
  • Aid the management team in hiring and training new reception team members.
  • This role does work weekends, so you must be available consistently on weekends.

What you'll bring:

  • Confidence in selling packages and memberships to clients.
  • Experience working in a hospitality, health and beauty industry, or fitness environment, preferably in a management position.
  • Experience creating a working schedule within a given budget.
  • Proven experience in delivering premium customer service; face-to-face, over the phone, or by email.
  • Experience in managing bookings and reservations.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of using MindBody.
