POSITION OVERVIEW

The Studio Manager is the studio leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations and success of their assigned studio(s). The Studio Manager ensures a five-star experience is delivered to every Removery client who enters their studio, leveraging their experience and training in both sales and laser to effectively manage staffing, scheduling, change management, performance, service delivery, and ensure operational excellence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Serves as People Leader for all assigned studio personnel, including:
  2. Coaching on best practices for each individual role
  3. Managing time and attendance, approving timesheets and time off requests
  4. Ensuring schedule remains optimized to best support our clients
  5. Drafting and delivering monthly performance check-ins and bi-annual employee reviews
  6. Leading change initiatives and serving as cultural champion
  7. Conducts interviews for in studio positions
  8. Ensures that every client receives a five-star experience in their assigned studio
  9. Leads daily team huddles and team meetings
  10. Identifies and leads outreach and community activations
  11. Utilizes studio dashboard and health score reporting to establish goals and performance expectations
  12. Oversees the daily cleaning and stewardship of their studio
  13. Leads change management initiatives
  14. Ensures all compliance policies are adhered to
  15. Maintains skill level in both laser and sales
  16. Models effective communication and business leadership
  17. Travels to support the success of other studios, when necessary
  18. Supports their assigned Regional Manager and Operations Leadership Team in other duties, as assigned

POSITION SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. 1 year of professional experience in a field role with Removery (3 years preferred)
  3. Team and Client centric approach
  4. Cross-trained to serve in both sales and laser capacity
  5. Ability to lead and inspire others
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  7. Advanced capabilities using Zenoti and other applications
  8. Strong mediation and diplomacy skills
  9. Excellent attention to detail
  10. Empathetic, engaged, and action-oriented problem solver
  11. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  12. Self-motivated and solutions oriented

POSITION KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  1. Clean Compliance Reporting
  2. High team member morale, low studio regrettable turnover
  3. Meeting Google Review KPI of 25% consistently
  4. Consistent RM feedback that studio is meeting cleanliness and brand standards
