Power Platform Architect - Copilot Studio

Job Type: FTE
Location: Remote - Anywhere in US or Canada

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Power Platform services and solutions and will be responsible for presales technical support and project delivery with a focus on Copilot Studio. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct discovery workshops with customers and business analysts to gather and understand business challenges, requirements, and goals.
2. Prepare solution designs leveraging Power Platform capabilities.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that highlight the value and feasibility of proposed solutions.
4. Write and present detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plan, and cost estimates.
5. Design and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for key clients, guiding them through the testing and validation process to showcase the effectiveness of Copilot Studio / Power Platform solutions.
6. Partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, refine messaging, and identify target client segments for Power Platform / Copilot Studio services.
7. Design and implement technical solutions using the Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
8. Design integrations with third-party applications, services, and APIs.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments of the Power Platform and provide ongoing consultation to clients on best practices and new features.
10. Participate in internal training sessions to educate team members on Power Platform, AI capabilities, and the company’s unique value proposition.

Experience:

1. 8+ years working in professional services in a consulting and/or pre-sales role.
2. 6+ years of experience in Power Platform.
3. Proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and translate them into innovative technical solutions.
4. Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills.
5. Proven experience with Power Virtual Agents or Copilot Studio (Azure AI Studio and/or Bot Framework is a plus).
6. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Custom Insights).
7. Having a strong understanding of best practices for environments, security, permissions, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
8. Knowledge of Azure services including AI Platform, App Services, Queues, Service Bus, Function Apps, and Management is a plus.
9. Experience with version control systems, pipelines, and agile project methodologies is desirable.

Certifications:

1. PL 900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
2. PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant.
3. PL-400 Power Platform Developer.
4. PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect.
