Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or Computer Applications
2. Minimum 5 years of experience on mandatory skills (as stated below)
3. Sound hands-on experience in software development using Java
4. Strong technical background of coding with an ability and capability to hand code / code from scratch
5. Along with strong coding experience, must be able to understand the business requirements and prepare specification, design documents
6. Experience with CI/CD
7. Must have enthusiasm for coding and initiative to resolve queries from senior(s)
8. Ability to write well-designed and testable code
9. Ability to mentor / guide junior team members whenever required
10. Willingness to work in flexible hours if required (No night shifts)
11. Good logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Very strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members
