Key Responsibilities for UI/UX Designer:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other user experience documentation.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides.

Qualifications and Experience Required for UI/UX Designer:

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
