Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the UX/UI within the end-to-end product.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers and other stakeholders on the vision and execution.
  • Conceptualize and define new flows and features, including the presentation and rationales.
  • Design UI components and work with the development team to ensure the quality of execution.
  • Contribute and develop the platform's UI Kit and design systems.
  • Help organize and participate in user research.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of user interface and visual design experience and sound knowledge of interaction design, site architecture, and heuristics.
  • Strong understanding of wireframe design techniques and the principles involved in the production of conceptual prototypes.
  • Fluency in rapid prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, along with experience in industry-standard tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and own the visual conceptualization of UI and application flows.

Bonus points:

  • Experience leveraging Pendo, Fullstory, or other similar product analytics tools to drive research and design decisions.

Location: Although we recruit from many locations in the U.S., our preference is North Carolina and states surrounding North Carolina for easy access. Currently, we are not hiring candidates who reside and work from outside of the United States as well as OH, WA, NY, CA, NH, HI, CT and Chicago, IL, due to legal and business registration reasons.
