Job Description Overview Are you ready for what’s next, now? We’re looking for a Senior UX Designerfor our office inAlpharetta, GA. The position is full-time. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base. About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team, specializing in designing user experiences for Cloud and SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UX design, familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, and basic JavaScript skills. The candidate should have a proven track record of designing commercially successful products and be familiar with standard UI/UX styling frameworks such as Fluent UI. Key Respnsibilities:

  • UX Design:
    • Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for Cloud and SaaS products.
    • Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • UI Design and Low-Code/No-Code Platforms:
    • Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to design and implement user interfaces.
    • Ensure the design is both functional and visually appealing, adhering to best practices in UI/UX design.
    • Create and maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces.
  • JavaScript and Front-End Development:
    • Apply basic JavaScript skills to enhance user interactions and interface components.
    • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and quality.
  • User Research and Testing:
    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
    • Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Commercial Product Design:
    • Design and iterate on UX for products that are already commercialized, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to user needs.
    • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align design strategies with business goals.
  • UI/UX Styling:
    • Apply standard UI/UX styling frameworks, such as Fluent UI, to ensure a cohesive and modern design.
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating them into the design process as appropriate.
About you: This role typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on Cloud and SaaS products. To be ahead of the pack, you might have:
  • Proven experience in designing and commercializing products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms for UI design.
  • Basic skills in JavaScript and front-end technologies.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Fluent UI or other similar UI frameworks.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
