Job Description

Position: UX Designer

Location: Irving - TX - 700 Hidden Ridge - 75038 (TX0330)

Duration: 11 months

Responsibilities:

1. The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for user experience and user interface design projects, and working with partners from requirements phase through production delivery.
2. They will follow the processes and standards established by the UX Design Team.
3. This position requires coordination and clear communication across the teams.
4. The UX Designer is responsible for all aspects of the design; from information architecture, wireframe designs, prototypes and audits of production builds in HTML or native mobile platforms.

Required Skills:

1. 8+ years of Design experience within consumer products.
2. A solid understanding of Responsive Design methodologies, and iOS and Android mobile platforms.
3. Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) at varied levels within an organization.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Eagerness to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
7. Natural tendency to seek and explore design and technology trends for interactive experiences.
8. Ability to analyse and document design processes and independently identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter; applicant must be able to push ahead with design projects and drive progress with little oversight.
10. Ability to work effectively both independently, and within a team.
11. Demonstrated capabilities for creativity and innovation.
12. Possess a high level of knowledge and proficiency with Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop a must).

Desired Skills:

1. Ability to translate UX into final polished UI Design.
2. Ability to construct UI presentation layers in HTML/CSS, iOS Xcode or Android Studio.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Interactive Design or Human Factors.
