The musical conductor to our 508 accessibility efforts. Your symphony? The project. Your audience? Our clients. “Testing 1-2-3” Your mic check responsibilities include applying business requirements, Testing knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of 508 tests to validate software application functionality and compliance . You love performing hands on testing of software applications in order to meet business process requirements. The work:

The 508 Accessibility Tester/Business Analyst will ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and perform 508 testing of 10+ applications. They will create test cases and user stories based on Section 508 requirements and business requirements. They will collaborate with business analysts and developers to fully understand the full scope and impact of each story and ensure functionality is accessible .

• Carry out test cases, identify/log issues, and provide support during issue resolution process.

Here's what you need:

• 508 compliance experience, either in a testing or Business Analyst capacity
• Good organizational and communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Certified DHS Trusted Tester Experience with the WCAG success criterion
• Experience with JAWS, ANDI, and WAVE

• Working knowledge of the SAFe methodology

The work:

Seeking a AEM Technical Lead to be the subject matter expert in AEM development to the client/AFS team. You will be leading a team of 10 developers and 4 AEM platform resources responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java Enterprise Edition.

• Manages communications and relationship with clients to over-deliver and identify growth opportunities
• Serves as evangelist for data science, analytics, and AI capabilities to clients and internal AFS teams / stakeholders
• Contributes to growth activities including proposals, demo / prototype development, offering development, and points of view
• Builds communities across client teams to up-skill junior analysts, foster collaboration and create brand and identity for data scientists

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor's or Masters’ degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, IT Systems, or a related technical or quantitative field
• Minimum 10 years or more of demonstrated leadership within technology-driven federal organizations with at least four years leading organizations leveraging AI analytic systems (e.g. machine learning, big data analysis), with demonstration of exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
• Minimum Five years or more of hands-on experience establishing, building or contributing to complex data science programs
• Strong communications skills with background executing writing, briefings, presentations and trainings to senior government officials or equivalent
• Experience and continued interest working with Defense and Intelligence clients.
• Secret level clearance or higher

Job Description

Execute day-to-day management of all geospatial content, including SOM, CV, and
mission specific content. Will address data gaps, concerns, QA/QC, and ensure
alignment to Analysis and LOB standards are physically implemented.
Data Steward shall:

• Manage the generation, approval, and population of data within the NGA's and the AP
  LOB's geospatial databases, ensuring that they can be used to satisfy customer
  requirements.
• Conduct regular Quality Control (QC) and monitor the content to ensure it aligns to
  existing data standards and specification.
• Identify non-compliant datasets to include data concepts and values as implemented
• Document data concepts and values not included in NGA data vocabularies
• Generate and manage data dictionaries for AP LOB data holdings
• Work to identify new data concept development to support mission needs and production
  requirements
• Assess and report the current state of compliance for AP LOB's data holdings in both
  written and oral forms
• Publish geospatial content in the form of data service from a GIS system
• Populate, manage, and maintain metadata standards for AP LOB datasets
• Create tasking and dissemination requirement;adjudicate requirements
• Report on end-to-end GEOINT system performance data
• Develop strategies that balance customer need with platform availability and capability
• Provide technical expertise to working groups
• Support development of automated multi-INT collection strategies in support of ABI/OBP CONOPS using GIMS

Basic Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in data engineering or using machine learning to extract images
• Experience with Python

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with collection management
• Experience using Geospatial Information Management Systems (GIMS), Web Fishtools
• PhD preferred

Security Clearance

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required
