• Expertise in UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Jira, and InVision
• Experience working directly with developers
• Creative problem solving and strategic thinking to create solutions that meet business goals
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize, execute, and meet project deadlines
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with proven abilities to coordinate and work with 3rd party partners
• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of relevant UX design / digital strategy experience
• Portfolio of UX design work

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the user experience across our digital platforms, conduct and synthesize user research, and provide direction on how to evolve our digital capabilities
• Enhance patient, caregiver, healthcare professionals, and patient support specialist digital experiences, to support long-term patient engagement and adherence
• Manage our GPS Axis Healthcare Professional Portal maintenance lifecycle as the business product owner
• Document bugs, provide feature enhancement recommendations, design solutioning, and user testing
• Inform, guide, and where necessary execute design deliverables that meet our business requirements and accommodate any technical limitations
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to guide and oversee the re-platforming of our internal resource tool
• Work directly with external agencies on website updates and redesign
• Facilitate user-experience research and synthesize results
• Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including the communications review committee (CRC) to support business goals

Qualifications

Pay Range

$50-$56/hr

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law.
