The Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team strives to guarantee customers a trustworthy shopping and ordering experience so they can shop with confidence on Amazon. We do this by (1) eliminating catalog defects, (2) ensuring listings are compliant with Amazon’s selling policies, (3) helping customers find selling partners that have a good ordering and fulfillment record, (4) ensuring customers receive authentic products in the condition they expect, and (5) in the rare chance the order experience does not meet customer expectations, protecting them by making things right with our A-to-z Guarantee. Our selling partners are also our customers and we work hard to educate and support them to facilitate a positive and friction-free selling partner experience.
As Learning Experience Design team, we improve Learner Capabilities and Performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice through case studies, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through Voice of Customer feedback mechanisms and curriculum evaluation. We create trainings that help develop essential skills, critical thinking and support the new hire experience. We create and maintain progression paths, and ensure high performance of learners through a robust assessment and certification strategy. We ensure the quality of our training materials with established criteria and mechanisms in place across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles.
- Instructional design to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner and business.
- Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
- Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Operations, Quality, and Compliance, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content.
- Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles.
- Collaborate with a global team of learning design professionals to develop learner engagement strategies, evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- 2+ years of working experience in Instructional Design.
- Working experience in Articulate Storyline and PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience in deploying learning content in LMS.
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs, global stakeholders, and managers.
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work comfortably on time-bound projects with multiple priorities; proven ability to prioritize effectively and well-developed time management skills.
- Proficiency in adult learning instructional design methods and best practices, as well as producing robust learning solutions in a variety of modalities.
- A proven track record of managing low-medium complex projects, balancing shifting priorities to meet timelines, and quality requirements.
- Familiarity with SCORM files, setting up Learning Management System (LMS) portals and managing enrollment.
- Proficient with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360 suite or Adobe Captivate; Camtasia, Vyond, and Canva.
