Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI) is a global leader in mission-critical communications and analytics. Pelco’s Regional Sales Managers play a pivotal role in helping bring advanced video security solutions to the market.

Job Description

The Regional Video Sales Manager will be supporting the New England Territory (CT, VT, MA, NH, RI, ME). In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Drive territory engagement from trade shows, product demos/trainings, to lunch & learns.
  • Partner with distributors, integrators, and end users to drive sales in the territory.
  • Be a problem solver for partners (helping with quotes, proposals, or troubleshooting objections).
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Weekly and quarterly reporting around pipelines, partner pipelines, and forecasting.
  • Maintain best practices while working inside the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Travel extensively throughout the territory and occasionally within North America (as needed).

What we are looking for:

  • Hunter mentality: someone who excels at growing net new business.
  • 4+ years of experience in complex technical sales OR 2+ years of Video Security/Access control field sales experience.
  • Comfortable working through channels and directly with end users.
  • Confident in presenting/demonstrating complex technical products.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs.
  • Track record of exceeding quota expectations.
  • Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. and basic mechanical assembly skills for equipment demos.
  • Ability to reliably travel throughout the assigned territory, sometimes with minimal notice.

Compensation

  • This role will carry a base pay range of $75,000 to $85,000.
  • This role will be eligible to also receive commission payouts based on sales performance.

Basic Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in complex technical sales OR 2+ years of experience in Video Security/Access control field sales.
