We specialize in delivering high-quality, value-packed solutions to businesses, and we are now seeking a Visual Site Merchandiser to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement through compelling visuals and strategic merchandising.

Job Summary
The Visual Site Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and managing the layout and visual presentation of our website and digital marketing channels. This role combines creativity with a keen understanding of e-commerce trends and customer behavior, ensuring that our product offerings are visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Responsibilities

  • Website Visual Strategy & Design:
    • Develop and implement a visual merchandising strategy for the website, aligning with company branding and product lines.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to design banners, product pages, and promotional assets that drive sales.
  • Product Display Optimization:
    • Ensure that products are displayed effectively and attractively on the website, optimizing categories, filters, and search functions.
    • Work with product managers to ensure product information is accurately represented, including high-quality imagery, descriptions, and specifications.
  • E-Commerce Optimization:
    • Continuously monitor and analyze the user experience (UX) and make recommendations for improvements to increase conversions.
    • Optimize product imagery for faster load times while maintaining visual appeal.
  • Market & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay informed of visual merchandising best practices and e-commerce trends, applying insights to keep the website visually fresh and competitive.
    • Analyze competitor websites to ensure our online merchandising is at the forefront of the industry.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all online platforms.
    • Provide regular reports on visual merchandising performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Promotions & Campaigns:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop landing pages and promotional features for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and special offers.
    • Ensure that all promotional materials align with current marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in visual merchandising or e-commerce management, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Experience in the wholesale or apparel industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other related software.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic website editing and layout adjustments.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and tools like Google Analytics to track and report on visual performance.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles to create seamless, user-friendly website experiences.
  • Strong visual aesthetic with a passion for design, trends, and user experience.
  • Ability to transform ideas into effective, sales-driving visual content.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to present ideas and strategies clearly to leadership.

Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience, with potential for growth and a dynamic, creative team environment.
