Candidate should have these skills and be interested in learning the latest, cutting-edge technologies like micro services, Scala, Nodejs, Play Framework, and EmberJS.

Responsibilities:

1. Build highly usable, performant web services and web applications using AWS NodeJS/Express that optimize conversion and growth.
2. Develop functional and well-architected web services to deliver functionality and support scalability and flexibility.
3. Develop, refactor, and optimize our NodeJS/Express code for reliability, performance, simplicity, and maintainability.
4. Join a highly collaborative team in an energetic environment.

Required Skills:

1. Experience with Bookshelf and Trex preferred.
2. AWS implementations.
3. Experience with one or more server-side web frameworks: NodeJS/Express/Bookshelf, Scala/Play, Python/Django, Ruby/Rails.
4. Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and good schema and query design preferred.

Basic Skills:

• Java Full stack developer with 3-5 years of experience having experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Top 3 Must haves: Web-based API Development, writing codes in NodeJS, understanding of ELB (AWS implementation experience is a bonus).
• Position based in Sterling, VA - open for Skype interviews.
