- We are seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Architecture Specialist to join our dynamic team.

- As a TAS, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust technical solutions across various domains.

- Your expertise in full-stack web development, SharePoint, data analysis, workflow efficiencies, project management, and effective communication will be critical to our success.

Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Web Development:

- Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences.

- Translate software requirements into maintainable solutions within existing frameworks.

- Optimize applications for mobile-friendly UI/UX.

SharePoint Expertise:

- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, ensuring scalability and security.

- Integrate external libraries, APIs, and custom features into existing projects.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.

- Identify process bottlenecks and streamline workflows.

- Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual overhead.

Project Management:

- Lead end-to-end software development life cycles, from concept to deployment.

- Coordinate project teams, allocate resources, and manage timelines effectively.

Effective Communication:

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

- Translate technical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences.

- Facilitate project meetings, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a TAS, including 1 to 2 years in project management.

- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, customization, and administration.

- Familiarity with data modeling, database design, and data visualization tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
