Software Engineer/ Web Developer Job at High-Tech Professionals in Darien

Description:
This position will be responsible for coordinating, building, and enhancing the next generation e-commerce platform for ticket and unique non-physical products and services. Work on exciting projects, building web and mobile applications.

Functions:

1. Meet with internal stakeholders to determine and document goals and needs
2. Design, implement, test and maintain web and mobile applications using various technologies
3. Observe display screen to detect syntax or logic errors during program test, or use diagnostic software to detect errors
4. Replace, delete, or modify code to correct errors

Requirements:

1. PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Agile methodologies
2. Linux experience
3. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
4. 3-5 years of software engineering experience
5. LAMP Stack programming/administration
6. Strong communication skills
7. Strong interpersonal skills
8. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
