Sharp Solutions, Inc has an immediate need for a Web Content Manager for a new contract Task Order for a Federal Agency in the Washington DC area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, flexibility, good judgment, ability to work through challenges with all types of customers and has the ability to work within a diverse team and deliver on site or via a remote location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will be well organized, an effective communicator, and have previous web content management experience.

Additional interest and demonstrated experience in one or more of the following is preferred, but not required:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Analytics & Analysis (GA)
  • Web Development (DRUPAL)
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Education marketing

Skills, Knowledge

  • Web Management
  • Updating Content on various CMS platforms
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Managing escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Making recommendations to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitoring of website activity (goals and KPIs)

Qualifications

  • Be a point of contact and conduit for clients working with the agency
  • 3 - 5+ years of web content management experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a mentor, lead, or manager
  • Technical background, with general knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Understanding of standards/policies for web content
  • Understanding of processes & procedures
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with varying priority
  • Strong customer service skills
