Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to join their growing team. A Technical Writer, based in the Corporate Discovery Services office, excels at transforming complex technical language into easy-to-understand content. They specialize in creating clear, concise manuals and guides that demystify intricate concepts. Their goal is to produce documents that are so engaging, even those unfamiliar with technology can grasp complex topics like blockchain. They collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure that even the most intricate details are clearly communicated. What you will do
- Deliver consolidated diverse language information and training data on enterprise systems and consolidating them into one corporate website while maintaining key aspects of training data
- Standardizing data so that language analysts find it easily searchable
- Develop, manage, and deliver training, outreach, documentation, and related materials for the consolidated database and related purposes
- Obtain data from across the customer enterprise regarding language training data
- Analyze and process data, including cleaning and formatting data into legible, standardized formats which can be easily queried against by analysts while following customer standards for data
- Ability to deliver cleaned and organized data into customer systems
- Provide support for outreach, training, documentation, and related materials
- Deliver training materials as requested by the customer
- Assist the Global Outreach & Tradecraft Services team with outreach, technical writing, and related activities
- Provide the customer with as-requested status updates and deliverables
- Maintain the status of writing training documentation and set timely dates for completion
- Apply consistent formatting and style throughout training documentation
- Migrate, edit, and incorporate video, audio, and graphics into training documentation
What you need to have
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience; or High school diploma/GED plus 6 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
- Degree must be in Communications, Journalism, English, or a STEM field
- TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
