2. Entry Writing and CargoWise experience preferred, but open to non-experienced candidates with potential
3. Strong verbal and written English communication and customer service skills
4. Must be detail-oriented
5. Ability to work overtime

DUTIES:

1. Communicate with customers via phone and email
2. Handle classification and customs entries
3. Review documents for accuracy
4. Follow up on discrepancies
