Introduction: We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to creating comprehensive technical documentation for various programs, focusing on CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will be adept at producing clear and concise documentation including runbooks, knowledge articles, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop program-specific technical documentation for CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, and Active Directory.
  2. Create detailed and accurate runbooks, ensuring step-by-step procedures are documented for operational tasks.
  3. Draft comprehensive knowledge articles to support users in understanding system functionalities and troubleshooting common issues.
  4. Develop policies and procedures documentation that aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards.
  5. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
  6. Update and maintain existing technical documentation to reflect system changes and updates.
  7. Ensure documentation meets quality standards and is accessible to the target audience.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ yrs proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical documentation.
  2. Solid understanding and experience with CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, and Active Directory.
  3. Proficiency in creating clear and structured runbooks, knowledge articles, and policy/procedure documentation.
  4. Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable language.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  8. Familiarity with version control systems and document management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Certifications related to technical writing or documentation management.
