SPINO is hiring: Senior Technical Writer - (IT SOPs) in Princeton

Job Title: Technical Writer – IT SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey – 5 Days onsite

Contract

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

1. Proven experience in technical writing for IT systems, including SOP creation.
2. Familiarity with GxP systems and GAMP-5 guidelines is a significant advantage.
3. Hands-on experience in IT lifecycle management, user management, data backup, and incident management.

Skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
3. Knowledge of IT systems, data security, and network qualification protocols.
4. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, concise documentation.
5. Experience with training or presenting to teams is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Quality Assurance, and Compliance.
3. Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and risk management strategies.
4. Understanding of IT governance and regulatory compliance.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
