The Walmart Design team creates experiences and designs web experiences, tools, and mobile app features for millions of Walmart customers and associates. As a part of the product design team that is at the forefront of retail, you will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement and innovation in the world’s largest company. As a Senior UX Designer, you will help transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience design. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage collective creativity. You will create and champion a highly usable experience before delivering pixel-perfect designs.
As a designer on the Walmart CX Design Team, you'll be designing omni-channel commerce products and experiences. You will bring together our retail and consumer services for our customers as they interact with us online, in our apps, or visiting our stores. You will set the vision for the best customer experience and create a space for cross-functional colleagues to collaborate.

Minimum qualifications:
- Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 5+ years of experience in product design.
- A fantastic portfolio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Interest, if not experience, in healthcare and e-commerce domains.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
