Angels on Call, a leading Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA) in the Hudson Valley, is seeking an energetic, organized, and driven individual to join our team as a Home Care Marketer / Business Development Associate. This predominately field-based position involves significant travel within the local area and offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within our service territory in the Hudson Valley.
  • Develop and implement an outreach plan aligned with our annual strategy to raise awareness and engage diverse referral sources.
  • Foster and maintain strong business relationships with both new and existing partners.
  • Present Angels on Call Homecare programs to community organizations, medical professionals, and healthcare facilities.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our agency, services, and unique value proposition.
  • Participate in marketing and networking events throughout the Hudson Valley to enhance our visibility and forge new relationships.
  • Plan budgets for outreach activities and provide monthly reports on efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources.
  • Conduct individual/group presentations for healthcare professionals, seniors, and others to reach private pay home care patients.
  • Enroll and refer private pay individuals to contract sources.
  • Generate home care patient referrals from existing and potential accounts.

Job Requirements:

  • Flexibility to travel within the Hudson Valley.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Previous healthcare marketing experience, preferably in Home Care.
  • Knowledge of local referral sources and existing contacts within the territory.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
  • Experience in obtaining referrals for private pay patients is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and general computer proficiency.
  • Self-driven, positive, and organized with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Maintain a clean, professional image and demeanor at all times.
